I've been on this since May 15 but didn't give up my nightly glass of wine until mid June. Now I'm doing OWL. I have officially lost 23 pounds so far. I say officially because I know I was higher and was messing around with low carb since early in April but I was too much of a coward to weigh myself.

There are more inspirational stories out there than this one! But I'm here and doing it and confident (for the first time since age 14) that I can do this.

I've been on Atkins for about a year and I've lost 91lbs.

I have been on Atkins sine March 7, and have lost 28.4 pds and over 25 inches, I stayed on induction until May 12 and am now on OWL, I eat about 20-30 carbs pr day, and have been lazy on exercising, need to start!!! At least more often!!! This way of life DOES work, I have even "cheated 3 times" , just couldnt resist some frozen yogurt....LOL

Started again this time on Jan. 1 of this year, and I'm down 95 lbs.
