I'm going to join in, hopefully you all don't mind
This is day 2 of my induction. I weigh all of my vegetables, because I am sooo paranoid about going over 20grams of carbs lol
breakfast - Omelet w/ 2 eggs, 1oz cheese, turkey bacon, red&green peppers, onion + 1tb butter (5g) I haven't cooked with butter in forever, so this was heavenly hehe
lunch - 2 deviled eggs + Spinach (4.2g)
Snack - 2oz cheese + 10 green olives (1)
Dinner - 4oz chicken + Salad + 6 grape tomatoes + 1oz cheese + 2tb dressing (7.5)
2 pieces of sugar free gum (2)
Carb Total = 19.7
(P.S. I mentioned it up there, but I am doing the 2010 version.. so the items might be different than what you're allowed if you're doing an older version.)
