On Atkins Induction, cheese is limited to 3-4 ozs per day. Cheese seems to be a common staller for a lot of people, myself included. Coffee w/Splenda & heavy cream (1g)
Lunch:
Big Mac in a Bowl 1 oz cheese (5g)
Dinner:
Italian Meatball Burger (5g)
Salad Mix (3g)
Mushrooms (1g)
Ranch dressing (2g)
