I think everyone occasionally gets burnt out on their plan and that's what your sister meant. Sometimes I wish I could eat oatmeal, apples, and other stuff like that, but then I remember that I can have all of those things in moderation during Maintenance.
The key to staying on a plan is to find foods and recipes that you enjoy.

Me Too: My motivation for losing weight was also a guy (and still partially is). However, even if we were to stop talking, I would keep losing weight because it's become mostly for me. I'm sure you'll start to feel the same way.
