Lunch: hamburger patty with cheese, mayo and lettuce (2) Dinner: shredded chicken w/ homemade taco seasoning, sour cream, cheese and salsa on lettuce (9) snacks: crystal light (2), pumpkin spice latte w/ splenda, heavy cream, nutmeg, pumpkin spice coffee (3) diet coke (1) I also got hungry later and had 1 egg patty (1) and 1 sausage patty (1) total: 22 |

lunch: 2 pizza toppings from pizza hut (6) dinner: shredded chicken w/ homemade taco seasoning, sour cream, pepperjack cheese, black olives and jalapenos on lettuce (11) diet coke (1) snacks: coffee w/ whipped heavy cream, 2 packs splenda and nutmeg (3) edit: got hungry later and had a little bit of chicken, a couple slices of cheese, ranch, and jalapenos. Also a teensy bit of Crystal Light. I'm not going to count it as a lot since I didn't finish my taco salad earlier...so let's say (2) total: 23 |
I actually woke up late so my "meals" were more like a bunch of snacks...I'm breaking them down into meals for the sake of simplicity.

today:
5 almonds (1) chicken salad (0.5) 1 burger patty with pepperjack cheese, salad and ranch (6) crystal light (2) half and half, nutmeg, a tiny bit of cottage cheese, a taste of coffee creamer, a pack of splenda (really weird I know, trying to satisfy an eggnog/milk/sweets craving or something) (7) fried egg omelet with jalapenos and pepperjack cheese (4) total: 20.5 My eating habits have been weird lately. I'm getting sick of eating so much rich food...I think I'm going to tone down my menu and take out the cheese and add more crisp vegetables and baked chicken. |
