So tonight I made some more cheese crackers. I flavored the cheese with a sprinkling of coarse ground pepper, parmesean cheese, some Slap Ya Mama (this might be a regional seasoning and not available in your area but is very similiar to Emeril's original Essence with a significant kick) and some of the powdered Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix and topped off with some real bacon bits.
I like the way they turned out very well and they have a hotness to them
. I have been dipping them in some homemade ranch dressing.
