I don't plan to ever really go back to bread & flour (or rice, or potatoes). I'm really happy eating this way without them, and I'd be afraid to open the gates on a few low carb products and then be in the habit of having bread again...
My extra carbs, if ever I'm so lucky as to be able to have more carbs, will likely be from more fruit & yogurt. Those are the things I miss the most. And not being able to eat unlimited veggies - that's hard too.
