Aside fromusing yogurt with splenda for a dessert, here are a few other suggestions:
- stir into bean or pea soups
- use in a smoothie (see recipe section for shakes)
- mix with some chopped onion, dill pickle and mustard and use as a dip for veggies
- make a yogurt "cheese" by draining it overnight in the fridge in a coffee filter
- use as a topping for meat or fish - Recipe section - Herbed Salmon Fillets - Phase I
I'm sure there are lots of other suggestions but these will give you a start.
