housework counts! The reason we're all so unfit is because we have labour saving devices that do all our housework! If we were housewives in the 50's we'd all be a lot healthier!

ps cool vacuum smiley!

I've set myself a September/Back to Skool walking challenge:

I will walk for 20 - 30 mins every day, either after I have dropped O at school or before I pick him up in the afternoon. I will do this on a minimum of 3 days out of 5 each week, and this will be in addition to my other exercise commitments (1 each of aquarobics, belly dancing, swimming) not instead of.

and my new-from-ebay pedometer just arrived so woo I'm off to try it out (once I work out how to work it )

LOL @ Heavensbug.
Didn't get to curves this morning, but did spend half an hour on my hands and knees scrubbing a tile floor that had ingrained sand all over it, I was sweating like a trooper so I'm counting it as exercise, I also worked with Freddie Kruger this afternoon and that always knocks a few calories off wrestling!
WELL DONE Cathy {{{hugs}}}} I'm proud of ya!!!
