Ok.. I am early by one day.. But I thought I would make sure that I would get the rules up for the month. Also We are going to start a new list so that we have a more acurate head count of participants!
RULES
1) Record your mileage as follows:
- If you are walking on a treadmill or using other equiptment that records mileage, use that mileage for your workout
- If you are doing weights, a video, Gym class or other type of exercise that doenst have a odometer, count every 20 minutes at 1 mile
2) When recording your mileage, make sure you cut and paste the list into your post and update your total AND the group totals!!
