Weekly Goals April 26th thru May 2nd !!!!!

  • TG Goals for the week.

    1. stay on induction for 1 more week until May 2nd, that will make 3 whole weeks!!

    2. vitamins and 3 liters of water daily

    3. Gym 4 times this week

    4. 2 days of resist a ball sit ups at home while watching TV

    5. make time to read a book to the kids everyday
  • I gotta try this (again).

    1: work out at least 3 times this week (hopefully I can keep THAT one)

    2: stay on program

    3 stay AWAY from "junk" foods.

    4 drink tons of water
  • Hmm...I made 1 out of the 4. This stinks. I need willpower. Where'd it go????
  • Don't worry Brenda I didn't make all of mine this week either....BUT next week is another week! I am just happy with what I did do!
