How about Milk of Magnesia, is it okay to take it??? I've tried Flaxseed oil, and Metamucil and nothing. I was so proud of my self for losing 10.5 pounds in the first Phase and this morning up one pound , and I'm still constipated also. I did'nt "cheat" or anything so why the gain???? H E L P !!!!!!!!!!
I would try the milk of magnesia for a day or so just to overcome the constipation and then once you are past that problem, switch to the metemucil along with more fiber and a ton of water to keep you flushed out.
Are you phase 1 or are you on 2 where you can add a peice of fruit here and there? That might help things to get going to (it does with me lol)
