Default February 2017 Weigh-in Thread

SW (12/30): 136.6

January results: -7 lbs (136.6-->129.6)
- 2 in waist
- 2 in hips

February goal: -4.6 lbs (129.6 --> 125)

Goal- stay under 120 lbs, gw 118 lbs, ugw 112-115 lbs

Feb 1: 121.6 lbs
Feb 2: 121.6 lbs 30 min stepmill, 30 min circuit, 20 min elliptical, 10 min treadmill
Feb 3: 120.8 lbs
Feb 4: 119.4 lbs (LS)
Feb 5: 121.2 lbs (LS)

As of this week, I am 133.0 lbs.
Goal for February is to get to 130 lbs.

2/4: ? walked/jog 2.5 miles
2/5: 111 After a week of protein only eating to cut carb/sugar cravings- so I might have been like 113 initially.
