Five Weeks - Minimal Weight loss - Help?!
I successfully lost 70 lbs in 2014/2015 on Ideal Protein, but didn't phase off correctly and I found around 50 of those again.
I started back on the diet 5 weeks ago, and in the first week lost 9 lbs. However, since then I've fluctuated around that same number. Up a pound, down two pounds, up 3. I have consistently lost inches, which I'm happy about.
I talked to my coach and we've switched up my IP foods and I'm being more careful about measuring everything. Any other advice?
Last time I did the diet the weight fell off but this time I'm fighting it tooth and nail.
