I previously lost enough where I was happy with my weight. I have since been on two business trips, a training course and holidays. Needless to say I went up about 12lbs.
My question is should I do phase 1 until I'm back where I want to be? If so, then how many weeks should I spend on phase 2 and 3?
I'm waiting until after thanksgiving (this weekend) to start again as I know it will be harder the second time around.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated
