Hello All-
I am feeling really good today. Today is my 8th week on IP and for my weigh in this week alone I made three mini goals...I officially lost 10% of my beginning wieght...I surpassed my last ending weight loss achievement when on WW...and I have entered into the 140's (149.5) which I have not seen since my youngest daughter was born (who just graduated college last saturday). Whoot!
My next goal is only 4.5 pounds away, but what is even better about it is that I will finally be in the "Healthy BMI" range for my hieght and weight.
IP has been the answer to my stubborn fat to melt away. It is truly amazing.
