Hello Everyone,
Went to my WW meeting on Saturday and gained .8 all because of the weekend before
. But you know what... This weekend was probably my best so far... I usually have a really hard time on the weekends and eat things I shouldn't.
Friday, my brother had everyone over and he had food and many snacks. I had a sandwich and snacked on veggies.
Saturday I went over my friends parents house for a party, she made home made fettuccine alfredo (SO YUMMY), I had a small portion of that and ate veggies for the rest of the night and I only had a couple cocktails!
Yesterday was my Grandfather's 90th birthday and the family got together and went over his house. They ordered TONS of Chinese food. I had no fried food and stuck to the healthier options like broccoli and chicken, white rice and chicken teriyaki.
I know this week is going to be a lot better, I already walked today and it's only 8:30am (I found a walking buddy at work
).
