Default what's your workout schedule?

It's always nice to get new ideas. Every other day I hit the gym. I do strength training for 35 mins and 30 mins of cardio(treadmill, elliptical, bike pedaling). But I like find new fun things to do. So what's your work out schedule?

I dont know about other dance classes but Zumba is REALLY fun. For me, i think its the mix of the different types of dances that interest me. Latin style salsa mixed with a little hip hop and some jamaican flare. At least thats how it is for my class! You burn a TON of calories for the hour of work

Red face My exercise schedule

This past month I have been doing spinning classes at a local gym and some basic weight lifting, toning exercises that I found in the Oxygen magazine (I am sure they are in many other places including the net for free). At any rate, I started out at 3 spin classes a week and last week I did 4 spin classes (each class is 45 minutes and I get my heart rate up to 85% -I check on my heart rate monitor.) The other days I have been doing the elliptical, and other aerobic movement machines they have at the gym-one being a machine that simulates roller blading(that I could never attempt in the street as I would fall and kill myself). I also have gotten videos for home that I will start using soon, and since there is a big snowstorm tomorrow, that will be a good opportunity.I have been going the gym 5 to 6 times a week.
My stats are :61 years old, 5'2" (on my good days), started at 156 pounds and down to 151 in one month.Goal would be 139.
Eating plan is one I developed myself-cut out sweets totally, limited carbs and eating alot of veggies and protein, and H2O.
Hope this helps someone out there who is struggling to get motivated. I know that all the posts helped me immensely.

I do zumba at least 3 times a week. For now that's all I do, but it is a really good workout.

Monday: Zumba
Tuesday: Zumba
Wednesday: Zumba
Thursday: Elliptical/stair stepper and 20 min weight training
Friday: Off
Saturday: 1 hour Swimming
Sunday: Zumba

I am trying to incorporate more weight training, I just have to figure out which days I want to do it.

And yes, I am completely addicted to Zumba. I do the moves in my car, in bed, in front of the mirror....its great lol. If they offered 3 zumba classes in a row everyday, I would do it.
