Default Breast Spot Reducing

I want to avoid doing exercise that is gonna cause my breasts to shrink faster or more than Id like them too. I know you can't actually spot reduce but I just came across this on ehow, is this true?

Interval Workouts
# Increase your metabolism with interval exercises to target breast reduction.

Increase your metabolism with interval exercises to target breast reduction.
Interval workouts target breast reduction because they boost your metabolism quickly. This type of exercise involves a high intensity exercise followed by an easy exercise. Each is done in intervals. For example, sprint for 30 seconds and then walk briskly for two minutes. Use a stopwatch to time your intervals. You can see similarities in interval workouts and sports such as basketball and tennis because of the starting and stopping methods.

Interval exercise is effective for fat reduction. If the only fat you have left is your breasts, then I suppose it would reduce them. Otherwise, the fat comes off where it comes off; might be your breast, might be somewhere else.

No. And this sentence, "interval workouts target breast reduction because they boost your metabolism quickly" is complete crock.

My informal poll of gym buddies suggests that most women tend to lose breast fat pretty easily, certainly much more easily than hip and thigh fat (which tends to be "stubborn fat"). However, every once in a while I hear of women -- usually those who would just as soon be a little smaller up top -- complain that they lose fat everywhere else first, becoming even more, um, unbalanced. The grass is always greener ...

I was totally this person 10lbs ago, nothing would make my boobs shrink, or so I thought. Then I upped the cardio and lost 1/2 a cup size (32G to 32FFF so yeah, I've got some to spare still), already so much more comfortable when running. Truly, it comes off slowly from every body part like shedding a layer at a time. There is no way to make your body focus on one area.
Kaw, you're right, the grass is greener. I have a friend who jokes about me donating her a cup size or too and we'd both be happier.

Whaaaaaaa!!!! 1/2 cup size? I started a 38D, and now I'm a pitiful 34/36B! Whyyyyyyyyyy??????

I agree...it's a crock! I've not done a stitch of interval and they are strinking by the day....I think it's just genetics. My daughter has FF, ZZ, etc. breast and they seem to get larger when she works out..lol!

It depends on how much of your breast is actual breast tissue, and how much is fat tissue. Mine are pretty dense and have been around the same size since middle school, through ups and downs of weight gain and loss, still a 38 DDD.

You will also lose fat from your back and sides, making your band size smaller, affecting the size of the cup, etc. etc. It's a crapshoot.

If I had to lose my girls to lose my belly, well, bye-bye girls, been nice knowing you. . .
