So I really have been wanting some support and motivation. What better way than to put my progress on a public forum. =) So I Have the 30 day shred that's my workout since I'm a stay at home mom so this is my 30 day shred challenge. I'm going to record my progress for any one to see. I'm going to be trying to consume 1200-1500 calories daily and work out atleats 5 days a week I'm going to write down everything I eat. Anyone can join if you would like! or even add advice about my daily menu and ill help anyone else as much as I can. By this time next month I wanna be starting to get my tan on and ready for summer! Hopefully this is enough to get me motivated and going. The starting date for this will be 1/11/11 Here I go!!!
