Default Vitamins?

I want to start taking a multivitamin because I have been dieting for a few months and I know my body is probably lacking some even though I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I tried One a Day Women's but they made me sick. What does everyone else take?

Try taking it with dinner. That's the only time I can take vitamins. If i try to take them in the morning even with/after breakfast I will get sick and have even thrown it back up.

I often forget at dinner though...

I like Dr. Merola's WHOLE FOOD MultiVitamin. I take 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch. I too get nauseated when taking something like a ONE-A-DAY.

See: http://products.mercola.com/multivit...ital-minerals/

Anyway, I believe a WHOLE FOOD MultiV is the best choice.

I love Dr. Mercola! I just take a probiotic (Kyolic brand). I also would like to start a multivitamin so I'll check out his product.
