I just wanted to post an update to this post. I made it, I weighed in at 139.0 this morning!!! I feel like I've broken through an brick wall. This feels like when I entered onederland. I don't remember the last time I was under 140. I'm so used to seeing 14- that I was sorta confused before realizing what happened.
Breaking out of the 140s has been my mini-goal for a loooong time as well (I'm the same height as you). I did it last week, the first time with 139.x for two days in a row. I'm back up again but I keep bouncing below, so I know it's close for real.
I try not to focus on the scale too much - but being "in the 130s" feels completely different for sure!!
Wow, you will be posting again soon that you have lost 100 lbs. Congratulations on your amazing progress so far!
