If you think you have a bladder infection and are having fever and chills and abdominal pain, you need professional treatment immediately.

If I'm not eating enough calories I tend to get dizzy spells and feel lethargic. Stomach is cramping and hot sweats/cold chills sounds like symptoms of a serious medical problem. Definitely go to your doctor and get it checked out. Good luck & hope you feel better soon!

Hi,
I had those symptoms when I had a bladder infection. However, I caught my last bladder infection because I had swine flu. Those hot and cold chills were my most difficult symptom with that flu. I would get checked out right away. Bladder infections are a very serious issue and cranberry juice (etc) doesn't cure it. Drink lots of water. If your concerned about the low amount I would increase the diet by 200-300 calories and see how you feel, but don't give up. The cramps are very likely from the infection- I had those especially.

edit: I've known many friends and family members who needed to go to the Emergency room for bladder infections. You might be suffering these types of severe symptoms.

Is your back hurting? If so It may have moved into your kidneys. Go to the doctor ASAP.
