Ok, I sucked last week! For an entire week, I "tried" but failed everyday. Well, I hunkered down & started a 10 day Atkins run yesterday. I was already down 4 lbs this morning which tells me I was retaining an A$$ load of water weight because I couldn't get it together.
Anyway, my plan for this week is to stay on Atkins Induction.

Mon - 1200 cals (but I did a bit of snacking on my daughter's food so I'm sure it was more) and cardio 60 min
Tues - 1300 cals and cardio 30 min
Wed - 1554 cals and strength training
Thurs - 1700 cals and cardio 45 min
Fri - 1582 cals and strength training....plus some line dancing at work for some added cardio!!!!!
3x cardio - DONE
3x strength - only 2x

I'll try it too...ive never actually tried it before but anything is possible...maybe I'll like it...I'm an avid gym goer, ive never been one to stick to a diet so i might have to try a few things to find what works for me. Good luck all!!

Friday: 1850 calories, 96 oz of water, gym day 3

Thurs: 1689 cals, 90 oz water and 60 min workout!

Tuesday: Approx. 1550 calories, 72oz water, rest day due to knees
Wednesday: Approx. 1500 calories, 56oz water, 60 minutes of walking
Thursday: Approx. 1650 calories, 64oz water, another rest day due to knees
Friday: Approx. 1300 calories, 64oz water, no gym - caught up on my sleep! (slept 9PM - 8:15AM, ahaha).

I had chocolaty special k with 2% milk for breakfast. I had a salad with broc & cheese soup from Ruby Tuesday for lunch. As a "snack" I had 4 mini reeses and a dove raspberry bliss chocolate. Then for dinner I had a cup and 1/2 of chicken Alfredo and another big salad with black olives, carrots, and tomatoes - I used a spritzer dressing to cut back on calories. Then when I got home, cleaned up the fridge, stocked it up with food...I had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich. I felt like I ate so bad. My calculations say I ate about 1650 calories, but I am going to say 1800 to be safe. I just feel like I ate more calories than I really did.
Not to mention I bought a new WW scale today for $30 and unfortunately left it at my fiance's parents, but when I hopped on I weighed 226. Hmpf. I used 2 out of the 3 free meals I had left for the month and I'm sure I ate lots of salty-ish food. Hopefully my old WW scale isn't off by a couple pounds. I'll find out Saturday.
