If you go to a meeting/support group/organized bunch of people to help encourage you to lose weight, what is your favorite part of the meeting??

I'd say the weigh in because that really tells me "officially" how I am doing.

I enjoy the part where they hand out awards and cheer for people!! I am TOTALLY extrinsically motivated, so that is the part that works the best for me!! I can't wait to get that 10% keychain!

I, too like the weigh-in, but, I also love the discussion part where we exchange ideas and tricks! And...we get paid a dollar per pound lost, so I LOVE 'payday' at the end of the month. Last month I got $14!!

I love thw whole thing best because i run them!!! i am getting ideas for the whole thing too I like the key chain idea and the $ per lb!! great ideas for me!!!
