...that I think was written by one of the forum founders. It talked about the feeling of going clothes shopping and being able to walk past the plus-size stuff into the regular-size section and shop the fours and sixes (I think). Any chance that's archived anywhere?

If you scroll all the way down, below the forum, you will see a link that says "Archives." You could search there. I don't personally know of any such post.

To find all of the above, I clicked on "Search" in the top navigation menu, then selected "Advanced Search". From there, I searched for "clothes shopping" and narrowed it to the forum called "Looking Good, Feeling Great"
