you do deserve to pamper yourself so do it!
My NFRs (non food rewards) include books, manicures, pedicures, cds, flowers, a piece of inexpensive jewellery- usually some trendy costume stuff, a new lipstick. Big ones are a new outfit in my new size
or a day trip to a nearby city or town and lunch out.
When I hit my goal weight I am planning of spending a day at the spa getting a pampering makeover!
