Yesterday: 30 minutes walking slowly on the treadmill and about 50 crunches. My legs are giving me trouble for some reason... guess I should slow myself down (just not stop!)

Yesterday, cut front and back lawns with my new lawn mower!! Today ran two miles at the high school track.

I haven't exercised in nearly a WEEK! UGH! I'm such a piggy! But I finally went hiking today -- 4 miles roundtrip and it was pretty steep too!
