I'm hoping I can get back to some gentle exercise tomorrow. My back has been out all week. It's been years since I've had an episode this bad. I'm going stir crazy!! I had chiropractor and massage appointments yesterday, and another tune up at the chiro scheculed for tomorrow. I'm just starting to feel improvement today. (Thank all that is holy!)
30 min on the treadmill. arms and crunches. pulled a muscle in the back of my thigh and it hurts. i accomplished three days in a row this week. if i'm real motivated i'll go tomorrow for a fourth day in a row. (it's saturday, i'm not banking on it *L*)
I walked at a 3.5 incline and kept a steady 3.5 mph for 60 minutes on the treadmill this morning and will be swimming or 30 minutes later, followed by an Aqua Aerobics class and finally yoga this evening from 7:15-9:30! No weight lifting for me right now (I don't lift during my TOM).
