Can I ask you a question? Are you still doing WW and SBD? I was thinking of trying that because I can't do phase 1 of SBD without carbs. so...phase 2 with WW?

I had a fabulous day starting with the bosses letting everyone leave work for the day at 11:30 a.m. then spending the afternoon birthday shopping for a gift from me to me
Then went out to dinner with about 15 people and then saw Spiderman 2.
Funny I don't feel any older
JoJo- I am still doing WW and sticking with phase 2 - I need my fruit I am 3lbs away from my WW goal so it seems to be working.
So what DO you look like anyhow? Got a pic anywhere??
We had a nice BBQ with family yesterday. I ate a bit too much though, but hey it's a holiday weekend and so what!! I'll burn it off somehow...Today I don't know what we're doing...I'd like to go somewhere with just hub and I...maybe up to the mountains or to Tombstone. I'll take pics of course!!
