Default Yay! I exercised today!
Good morning everyone!

I looks to be another gorgeous day here

I got up early this morning and did 45 minutes of a bellydance buns and thigh shaping tape and now I feel energized for the day.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Tuesday, June 21...

Will have done about 2 hours of walking by the time the day is over- walking to and from work and to and from WW meeting.

er...as Squeak pointed out, it is actually Monday - silly me!

Um, today is Monday June 21st Mauvais.

Rode my bike 3 miles today (round trip) to rent a few movies, since I took a half a day off at work.
