yesterday(Wed) 20 minutes butt blaster, 20 minutes bike, 15 all around crunches
today (Thurs)20 minutes butt blaster-10 minutes bike 45 all around crunches
For me-damn good!!!!!

) Last Saturday as I was nearing the end of my walk I decided to try jogging the last little bit and lo and behold, I survived (Yippiee). So I've been jogging the last portion of my walk since then (and by last portion we're talking 100-150 feet maybe 200 feet
. My goal is to slowly increase the time I jog, so that hopefully by the end of the summer, I'll be jogging the entire distance. The endorphin rush I'm getting from my very limited jogging is more than making up for the fact that my lungs feel like they're on fire.
