    2 mile WATP, this a.m
    ! mile watp to do at noon with Tina.
  • 1/2 hour on the treadmill (walk/run)
    1/2 hour on the elliptical
  • Thursday: April 22, 2004: No exercise today. Husband has generously given me his 24-hour bug. Thanks, honey! But, it's a good/bad: tonsils swollen, don't want to eat. And so to bed. Goodnight, all.
  • 2 mile watp this am. hopefully 1 mile at noon with tina.
  • 1 hour of belly dancing last night

  • Friday: 60 minutes of walking
    Saturday: 30 minutes of pilates
    Sunday: housework
  • Saturday, April 24, 2004: walking, 60 minutes
    Sunday, April 25, 2004: rest
  • Monday, April 26, 2004; Housework... hours and hours... I'm exhausted. O.K., back to the gym, that's enough housework for this year.
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday: biked 40 minutes/11 miles each day.
    Today: biked 20 minutes/5 miles; walked 2 miles.
  • Tuesday, April 27

    Walked 1 3/4 miles
    Biked 35 minutes (8 miles) with 20 minutes at "intense" speed (16-18 mph)
  • April 27, my Yoga teacher decided to kick our butts today for an hour and fifteen minutes. It was great!
