    40 minute walk today
  • Wednesday

    1 Hour Gardening/Digging. (Managed to plant a rose bush!)
    3 Hours Bowling. 130 171 171
  • Thursday: Rest Day, definitely. All that dancing-- my knees and hips are killing me! Not to mention the from too many beers, and wheezing from all the in the clubs. But it was fun...
  • 70 minutes of yoga today
  • walked to tina's and then home again yesterday. had a headache ,fever, body aches.(flu?)when i got home, so tossed turned and sweated all night in bed. not sure what kinda exercise that is. but i def. feel wore out.
  • Thursdsay:
    40 minute walk

    Friday 30 minute walk and lots of housework
  • Friday: Long walk, several miles. Saturday, long walk on beach. Gorgeous, warm sunny day: "I must go down to the sea again..."
  • Saturday:

    Bowling 3 Hours. Did horrible!! Not showing scores. LOL!!!
  • Walking all over the place today
  • Monday, April 12: 45 minutes treadmill with intervals. 45 minutes elliptical, level 6.
  • Tuesday, April 13: I hour weights, 30 minutes rowing machine.
  • Tuesday: 2 hours of belly dancing

    1 Hour Tennis.
  • managed to drag my lazy butt away from puter, and do my WATP, yesterday. today trying for the same. only adding the 1 mile to it to make 3 miles total. wish i could get the 4 mile Jennifer talked about would be so much easier than doing 1 mile, then 2 mile. lol

    edited to say : I did my workout today. , pats self on back, good girl.
