1 Quart Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream (I use the stuff sweetened with Splenda) 1 Cup Strawberries
Low-Fat Milk
Sorbee Sugar Free Flavored Strawberry Syrup
Fat-Free Whipped Topping
Put strawberries into blender and cover with milk. Blend until berries are semi-chopped up. Then add ice cream up to milk line and add syrup and blend until it's all a nice thick milk shake texture. I just put enough syrup for color and flavor...probably about ¼ of a cup or less. I eyeball it. Garnish with a dopple of whipped cream and even a cherry if you'd like. Makes about 4-6 small servings to share with the family. Yum!!
(For the alcoholic version, we throw some tequila in there. Well, HUBBY does. I don't drink stuff that if you breathe and someone lights a match, your lungs burn down. hahahaaha! )

This is my all time favorite drink recipe... and you should all feel priviledged because I never give it out!
Mojitos
2 cups light rum
1 cup mint syrup (recipe follows)
1 cup fresh limejuice
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves
Sugar for garnish
In a pitcher, combine rum, mint syrup and limejuice; add about 2 cups ice cubes.
To garnish, pour about 1/4 cup sugar onto a plate. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with the cut edge of a lime. Dip the glass into the sugar.
Pour mixture into ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional mint leaves.
Mint Syrup
In a 1- to 2-quart pan, combine 1-1/4 cups lightly packed rinsed fresh mint leaves, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture simmers. Remove pan from heat, cover, and let stand 30 minutes. Pour mixture through a fine strainer into a small pitcher or bowl; discard mint leaves. Use syrup or cover and chill up to one week. Makes about 1 cup.
