Well guys, I refuse to get on the scale after yesterday. I ate about everything in sight. I had a crappy night at work on Tuesday it rolled over on to my personality for Wednesday and I didn't eat well. I stuck with low carb food just too much of it. Found a sinful sugar free chocolate caramel that I will not buy again until I reach goal.. I ate some strawberrys and cream and some carb smart mint chocolate chip ice cream and homemade stir fry and well lets stop there!
Sticking to my 140 pound goal for June 5. Just got to get in gear.

I too love having a place where others have the same struggles and can relate and give support and cheer each other on 

Next week. I'll be ready.
