Well guys, I refuse to get on the scale after yesterday. I ate about everything in sight. I had a crappy night at work on Tuesday it rolled over on to my personality for Wednesday and I didn't eat well. I stuck with low carb food just too much of it. Found a sinful sugar free chocolate caramel that I will not buy again until I reach goal.. I ate some strawberrys and cream and some carb smart mint chocolate chip ice cream and homemade stir fry and well lets stop there!

Sticking to my 140 pound goal for June 5. Just got to get in gear.

Thanks Shoe Queen I too love having a place where others have the same struggles and can relate and give support and cheer each other on

How would everyone feel if I started a summer challenge "re commitment" thread where we can update our goals and time frame and start fresh?

I can close the first thread but leave it up as a sticky for reference and we can just cut and paste from our original challenge posts and make the updates.

Talking

Sounds good Mauvaisroux! I'm ready to re-commit myself. I think I have made positive changes in the past year, and my body is a little more toned. But I have to change my routine in order to actually start losing the fat covering my glorious new muscles. haha Next week. I'll be ready.

Okay...consider it done!

This thread is now closed but I am leaving it up for everyone to review and to be able to copy and paste their goals into the new recommitment thread.

Any newbies can join on the new thread too!
