getting ready to go run errands,at 5 am no less, but scale is down to 188 , and i went down a whole size since new years. yeeah. feeling good today.

I'm still the same. 183. And considering how cold it's been and how much I've eaten this past week, it's a freakin' miracle, and I'll take it!
