Good Girl, Heather!!! That's the key...when you get upset, channel it out another way...I go pound the dirt with the digging stick...or beat up bowling pins...course if I bowl when I'm mad my bowling game just goes down the tubes.

thank you everyone. woke up today feeling like it was time to conquer the problem. 2 days of being in a funk is good enough.
plus i have to go grocery shopping and something tells me my mood would determine my cart. funk=junk, better mood=equals them veggies i have been craving.

I'm glad you're feeling strong, Heather. For goodness sakes, eat breakfast before you shop. Otherwise the snack aisle will be calling out your name.

Hello, my darling Sugar Queen.
I'm just going out the door to the gym. Saw your post. (yeah, I have to check my mail every 2 seconds. heh heh)
Will you be exercising today? Never say never.
Back later...

I always check my mail every 5 minutes. I am just not always good at answering in a timely manner.

The plan for today is to chase munchkin around a kids museum, which is always plenty of exercise. And maybe the 2 mile WATP tape after I get home. Plus my house needs to be vacuumed & mopped.

Have a wonderful workout.
