Ellis - How are you doing? How are the meds? Hopefully that is finally all straightened out for you.
Hope today is a better day at work. Yesterday wasn't so good. I also lost my patience and yelled at people. But I did get to talk to the boy for an hour and a half last night. He also ordered our Disney tickets. 10 more sleeps until I go.
Hey Squeak!
The meds? Oh, I'm not sure, thank you for asking. So far so good. Just some bizarre mood swings. Was listening to Roger Bannister being interviewed on CBC radio the other day, and burst into tears. Cried for two hours. Having some strange laughing fits. We're contemplating labeling me "bi-polar stage II". Whatever. What's it like to be normal, darling?
You YELLED at people!? I can't imagine. You seem so... so... mild.
Hope you have a better day today, sweetie.
I'll just be fighting off a cold.
Oh, listen. I'm starting South Beach again today, so I may be skinny when you see me.
Ellis, sweetie, I am sorry you are having mood swings. Those are not too fun. I hope it gets at least predictable soon. And your cold gets better.
As for normal....hmmm....uh....when I find someone normal that I actually find interesting, I'll let you know what it is like.
I really am mild most of the time I promise. While I am allowed to criticize my abilities, and I will listen to suggestions from people I respect, I will not take crap from an idiot on the phone who will not answer a simple question/request. I was looking for documentation on a process, that was it. He gave me the run around, refused to supply anything and tried to "fix" a problem I didn't ask him to. He was lucky I didn't actually call him a jackass while on the phone.
I just have a very nasty mean streak that comes out to play every once and a while. I am definately not proud of it. Today was better, only because I didn't yell, but about as much fun. But other then work, I was reminded how special some friendships are, and that has given me the warm & fuzzy feelings.
Fine, leave me as the only fat chick at lunch. Good luck Ellis! You can do this!!!
Qucik fly by - I have had a nice but busy weekend. Saw Sis#2 off to prom, a cousin's 1st birthday, a graduation party, and an afternoon in another city for a lilac festival.
Still have to run errands this week and get ready to go to CA.
Sorry, I have been pretty busy both at work and at home the last few days. Not really a bad thing, but a pain. I have sunblock which is about all the protection I am going to need. Nothing else is going to be involved enough to need protection.
One more day of work, then one day to get myself together. Then I am off. I may pop in while I am out there. Not sure.
I am trying to get my work stuff figured out so I can plan my Ottawa trip too.
On Featherweight's picture of the founders my sister is second from the left. They have been pretty busy lately too.
I'm feeling pretty good, thank you! I think (knock on wood) these meds may be working.
You must be crazy-buzy. I'll understand perfectly if you're not able to get in here while you're away.
I was trying to find your sister in the photos earlier, and wondered if that might be her. I can see a resemblance. You're both lovely girls.
I'm feeling terribly guilty because I've only been to the Y twice this week, and I may stay home today, too. Ah, the **** with it... I'm still getting over my cold.
Hey, I've lost 4 pounds! Don't get excited... I can pack that back on easily in one day.
If I don't "talk" to you before you leave, have a wonderful time, Squeak!
xoxo
Just a quick fly by!
I am having a lot of fun. Not too much sun. I have the whole day to myself. We have done Disney & Universal. Watched Shrek 2 - which I recommend! Had a few very nice dinners.
My GOD! It FREAKS me out when you leap in like that, Sflake. Raised from the dead!
Thanks, sweetie... things are going great. How are YOU? Your sister? Your DH? You dear little nephew and your brother? love and hugs ... xoxo (and prayers!)
Squeak, it sounds as though you're having a great time!!
