Yes, I said HALF an egg.
I beat it, cook it in a 6" frying pan, flip it like an omelette, then cut it in half. Fits perfectly on the WW bread. I saved the other half of the egg and the ham for tomorrow.

Astro Strawberry Yogurt - 3 pts (not the low fat version...I don't like the aspartame taste in those. I'd rather spend the 3 points and really enjoy it!)
