Breakfast: scone with cafe latte
Lunch: handful of cheetos and a handful of raspberries
Dinner: McDonald's Quarter Pounder Value Meal (at least it was a diet coke)
Snack: currently eating a Hershey's bar with almonds and finishing off a root beer.
This has been my eating pattern for the last couple of months. Make me stop!! Thankfully, miraculously, I'm not gaining... yet.
Last night I went completely canibal and had a huge (Foot Long) deep friend Calzone and did I mention extra cheese? To wash it down I had four beers! and I am only on day 3!. Oh well today's another day to eat my fish and veggies (boring). I should of had a side of fries too cause now I want them and my cheat day is over.
!!!! I was at a restaurant last night and saw this woman polishing off a club sandwich with fries and a side of gravy! AND she washed it down with a beer to boot!
I see in my crystal ball... a woman with long dark hair. She is eating a Whopper with cheese. No... wait! TWO Whoppers!
But she's had no lunch today, and renovated like crazy...
Then cut to a girl in Buffalo, who spent all day at a pool party were everyone brought food. She ate everything including: chicken wing dip, stuffed breads, black forest bites, cappacino bars....
Yes yes I agree, going to be very strict here this week, I MUST get the England poundage off oh yes....food diary and no more messing around not knowing QUITE how many calories I have had.
I am ready for cool weather and lots of long walk/runs...
