Ran for 35 minutes, it was warm and very humid (96%!!) so that was it for me. I went home and lay on the couch after that! Next run Saturday morning.

A much better run this morning, 50 minutes. Ideal weather for it - dry, cool and sunny.

Ohhhhhh....
Three plus hours of VERY hard gardening... digging, weeding, raking. My arms feel like noodles. I'm exhausted.

So tired...
FIVE hours working in the gardens yesterday... four hours today. My body aches, but I can tell I am getting stronger and have more endurance.
