I know I NEVER post in here, but I did take a 1/2 hour walk this morning. I walked to the store to get my Sunday paper instead of drive.

I had a lovely run this morning, about 4 miles. I had on new running shoes and my knee was just fine, thank goodness.
I am going to run around with the girls after school, too, which ought to burn off the bagels (no more left, why oh why do I ever buy more than one for myself once a week?)

Thinking about putting the kids back in the Y for the summer due to my unsure "work" schedule..... I would join of course which means I could do Tia Chi and Yoga for free!!!! I would love to have access to that again, and a pool year round.
Exercise today = my brain for the Edocrine test I had this AM... also did some power shopping after the kids had taekwondo..

Thank you Ellis! I am hoping to be able to post in this thread again later today.
The plan is to stop by mom's (which is also were my sisters and nephew live) after work, and Sis#1, baby and I go for a walk before I go to my ceramics class.

Aerobic interval. Hit my 10's though I don't think your suppose to feel euphoria when your jogging. Cough, cough.
