Sorry to hear that things are rough Virginia. It is painful to lose a friend, even when it is a NECESSARY thing to do. We are all here for you, and GOOD FOR YOU for getting back to the gym. THAT will help you out a lot.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts. I have not heard from her since, but maybe someday she will feel like talking, the door is always open. On a happy note, my girlfriend and Pam and myself are going out to the gay bar tonight. I love going there, feel right at home, everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is so different than a regular club. WIll have so much fun! I am the Designated driver, so no drinking but plenty of looking. MMMmmm!!
