My goodness, ladies, you are all AMAZING! I am very impressed and it makes me tired just reading all your accomplishments!
I am walking - either on treadmill or outside. I much prefer outside! Did about 40 minutes today, which I aim to do at least 4 times a week. In the spring I hope to start running again - this time without eating so much (you don't actually lose weight if you feel entitled by the run to large bowls of spaghetti and enormous muffins etc!)
Went for a nice swim with hubby this morning, did several laps in the pool and soaked in the whirlpool to relax some tense muscles. Pam and I are off to the gym this afternoon.
Hmmm. I DROVE to the gym today because of the cold. And I felt ill half-way through my work-out and came home instead of going out shopping (which I was REALLY looking forward to, so I must have honestly been sick).
So I just burned 325 calories today. Better than nothing.
3.0 miles in 40 min on the treadmill
total time on treadmill 43:18 (had to cool down)
lifted weights for 30 min
walked to and from gym, approx 1-2 blocks 1 way
will clean my house for 2 hours today!
