Yeah? Well, Ellis you can have some of mine! My boobs are like a EE cup. My breasts measure 7 inches bigger than my midriff, and that makes me a EE cup size. I gotta tell ya it sucks beyond belief! They make my back sore, and they probably add about 20-30 lbs. to my weight. I don't know how people like Pamela Anderson,and Anna Nicole Smith stand them so big!

I know... I know, Velvet. My sympathies. I actually used to WANT to have big breasts! I thought I was missing out on something (I probably was ), but now I am VERY happy with what I've got.

I am at 156 now! Whoo! I hope I have finally broken that plateau I was stuck on~ I am still hoping for 155lbs in time for DH's office Christmas party on December 13th. ACCCCKKK! What am I going to wear to this thing????

Hey Ellis,
Good idea for Mauvaisouroux's Xmas party. Would likely get lots of free drinks. Got weighed in yesterday, and can not believe it really, but tried twice just to be sure. Down 4.5 this week. In four weeks that is 14 lbs. No miracle drugs, only eating properly and exercise. I hope it continues this way but I am not to optimistic that it will continue to fall off as it has been. I just wish my belly would dissapear., of course it has some but not quickly enough for me. Oh well, can't have everything, damnit!

Hey girlies! Congrats...yeah, Ellis!!!! that exercise is working chickie-dee!!!
I weighed myself yesterday and I didn't like the numbers so I waited for today...after a healthy on program day yesterday and...drumroll please...
after Thanksgiving and Chanukah....
I'm at 178!!!!
just one pound less than last weigh in day but I'll take it!

Now just have to survive the rest of December and all of my pms-es between now and then. Actually I'm pms right now and have been HUNGRY! But, last night I ate some cheese (1ounce) and some healthyish crackers. The cheese is fat-full but, protein-full too and it satisfied me and normally I would have eaten...well, you know...cookies and icecream and chocolate and whatever else I could get my hands on non-stop! So, I'm a very happy chicklette!
I'm down ten pounds from August 15th when I posted in the meet and greet thread!

I just made myself an omlet and it was yummy. Brocolii, onion, celery, green pepper, and spinach. Was very filling too. Works on the cravings. I am going to really try to avoid salty and sugary things this week, because I am PMS and do not want to gain if I can help it. Fruit is a good sub for sugar, and I am really not a salt nut anyway. Water,water, water!! I think that is the key especially for this time of the month.
