Default Food Journal Nov 17+

Brunch: Dim Sum fest! I avoided anything that was deep fried but did treat myself to some green tea ice cream
water

Dinner:
porkchops
broccoli
water

Snack:

Tea
3 ginger biscuits

Oh dear. What a day.

- 2 bowls low-fat cereal with no fat milk
- coffees with no fat milk
- big bowl of popcorn w/margerine
- 5 granola bars
- can of beans

phew! heavy day.

Breakfast

2 tsp lite I can't believe it's not butter--35
Total--375

Lunch

1 Lean Cuisine Cafe Classics Creamy Chicken Alfredo in a bowl--308
Total--308

Dinner

1 chicken breast(skin and bone in)--394
1 cup beans and carrots--46
1/2 cup parsnips--70
1/2 cup whipped potatoes--92
Total--602

I have 216 calories left for the day. Not sure if I'll need a snack tonight so I'll add that in later if I have one.

2 cups chamomile tea

Lunch:
1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat
1 pear
water

Dinner:
won ton soup
stir fried chinese veggies
water

Snack:
Glass of milk before bed

I'm going to do incredibly well today because I have to go and weigh in tonight.
