Hey Chicas! I hope everyone has been staying on plan this week
I'm weighing in today because it's my birthday celebration weekend starting from tonight so I'm off plan for 2 days I weighed in at 197.6lbs this morning. I'd hoped for a little more but I saw some friends last night and was really bad and ended up having 3 bottles of beer. oops! My own fault I guess!!

Note how long I've been gone. I gained back a few pounds because I totally fell of the wagon for about two weeks. Its over now and I'm back and fighting today.
Whenever this happens I know I just need to remember that this is a lifestyle change and messing up (whether it be for a day or a month) is expected to happen. I guess a lot of things have been going on, not that it is any excuse or anything, but it doesn't help.
Anyways, I've noticed a lot of people are stuggling. Let's just buckle down and ride this tough time out ok?

Alright, I finally lost some weight. Thanksgiving was not kind to me, so I am soooo going to take a super strict stance with christmas. I'm down at 164 this morning, but, as usual, must see it at least two days in a row for it to count and become a ticker weight.
:Sigh: Was on plan for a few days, then visiting my grandparents KILLS me. I really want to get my gym membership. Then I can actually just go workout when I have a bad day. Things would be much easier.
So I decided to weigh myself, despite the fact that I've been dreading the massive gain that I knew was going to happen. Ick is all I can say. The scale says 200! Uggg. Up 4 pounds. Not cool.
i weighed in at 137, but i've been eating well and exercising so bah what the scale reads. Bah! congrats maria, ghost, and elwing on the loss. and the rest of us, yep, we do need to get our ducks in a row and fly right, but i think considering the time of year and all we aren't doing that bad. we're here, you know.
Thanks both! Ooooh yes I will be posting pics. I thought I didn't have any "before" pics, but recently I got sent a video I've made for my education when I was at my high weight. It contains someone demonstrating examination of the abdomen on me, so I'm basically only wearing a bra and slip. So, I think I'll be using some of that as my "before".
Robot: How disappointing . I hope you'll re-lose it soon!
Ollie: I totally agree with you. Maintaining is better than gain, and even if you gain: you've lost before and you can do it again!
Robot, we can do this! I'm up a couple of pounds, not sure if it's water weight due to my excessive sodium intake. But we shall see! I emailed this 24hr gym near me and they're running a very nice promotion. I can get 2 months free with the 24 hour option at no extra cost. Since FH and I decided not to get each other gifts for the holidays and to use the money for other stuff, with my paycheck Friday I am going into the gym and signing up!
