Wow! There's a lot of great tips on here!

Here's mine:

Go to the health food store and get some HIGH QUALITY cascara sagrada and psyllium hulls. It's what I use. If I don't use it the weight comes off slower.

I take a couple a day of the cascara, but if I were eating more I'd take more. Also lots and lots of water will get and keep you going. Constipation is usually caused by lack of enough water.

Also try psyllium hulls from health food store. It's mega fiber. You could do one or the other or both together. Probably should start out with psyllium. Just know if you go that route, the scale might not cooperate for a few days because the psyllium blows up to about 10 times it's volume when you add water. It's all fiber so you are not gaining any weight from it, so don't freak.

These are the ingredients in all the over the counter crap from drug companies AND they are organic.

Ask for help at the health food store, they are usually very knowledgeable and helpful.

It usually takes 24 hours for the cascara to kick in. It's worth the wait using something that healthy and organic.
