Mary good NSV!. It's hard to say no to our faves, especially throwing some of it away. It does make you feel victorious, doesn't it? Great job. Perhaps while focusing on your cals, you could deliberately make some high protein choices in the earlier part of the day to counteract the carbs later in the day.
Still on the liquid diet so the cals are low and there's no exercise. I almost stepped on the scale today but decided I'd wait until the swelling/bloating was gone and I was no longer on a liquid diet. That seemed reasonable. I don't need to drop kick my scale now or later. To me, that's my NSV. Just letting myself be normal.
